I have the unlimited text message package, but I can't send or recieve any texts, and it's been this way all day. I know I've been sending them and people aren't getting them, and I know that I've been sent messages and I'm not getting them. Is it like this just for the holidays, like the lines are too crowded? If not, does anyone know what to do? I can't talk to Customer Service because they're closed today.
