Sorry, this is my 1st time posting and I don't really know if this is the place to post O__O
But anyway, does anyone know if Japanese phones work with at&t? Like Docomo or Softbank?
Thank you and sorry if this was asked before =X

Go to this website and click on the brand and model of which you have questions: GSMArena.com - GSM phone reviews, news, opinions, votes, manuals and more...
There is no specific answer to your general question since each model has its own specifications. In general any phone should have at least the 850 MHz and 1900 MHz bands to work on the AT&T Mobility network. Having both UMTS on those frequencies would be a bonus. You might also have to visit the websites of the two carriers to see what phones they use before you visit the GSMArena website. Most Japanese phones do not use GSM except for roaming in the rest of the world and may contain only one of the two bands needed in North America, usually 1900 MHz.
