HTC tattoo

Is it possible for the HTC tattoo to work on AT&T's network?

The HTC tattoo supports 2g 850, 900, 1800, 1900 and HSDPA 900 and 2100. That leads me to believe that the tattoo cannot work with AT&T's 3g network but that it will work with the GSM. Is it possible to get internet on the phone at all without the 3g network?

yes.. it would use the EDGE network if 3g is not supported~
