Block number

Hi! I have Smart Links and want to block a number but have a few questions.
1. If I block a number from texting me will it also block them from calling me?
2. If a number on my blocked list calls me and blocks their number using *67 will the call ring through on my phone?

Smart Limits does not block calls when the caller has blocked their ID on their phone when calling. It makes sense, because the Smart Limits is set up to recognize a blocked number as one that you have entered. AT&T is very honest about this, and clearly says this in the Smart Limits info page -- if a caller has blocked their number, Smart Limits will not work.

So you can see that this is truly a "fatal flaw" with Smart Limits.
