    The Motorola i580 is a phone for use on the Nextel network. The card inside is not a SIM card and will not work on GSM networks. It will only work in iDEN network phones used on the Nextel or Southern LINC networks in the Uniited States. Most airports in the United States uses a private iDEN network.
