I got a HTC Touch Pro2 that was formally used on T-Mobile. I want to set it up for my carrier, ATT. It is running windows mobile 6.2. This is my first foray into a smart phone and I have not purchased the $25 data package, just the cheaper one for the edge network. Can somebody help me out with the settings i need to get this up and running.

Re: Need help setting up my phone for the ATT network
There is no EDGE network data plan. There are smartphone data plans and nonsmartphone data plans. The smartphone data plans come in two initial levels. There is the DataPlus (200 MB) data plan for $15.00 and the DataPro (2 GB) data plan for $25.00. Any data plan can connect with whatever speed the network offers and within the capabilities of the phone. Depending upon how T-Mobile configured the phone, you may or may not be able to change the settings from the T-Mobile settings to those used by AT&T. Since all settings are the same for all phones for a given network, enter the settings found here:http://cellphoneforums.net/att/t3041...-pictures.html and enter them in the appropriate locations for your phone. It might not be necessary to enter all the settings.

Re: Need help setting up my phone for the ATT network
The part about which info I need to fill in and which I need to blank is what is mystifying to me. I was hoping for a guide specific to the windows mobile OS and ATT.
