With the iPhone 4s now out, sure it looks sleek as always and has some cool new features, but it won’t help one iota to reduce all those dropped calls, particularly on AT&T. Current reports indicate the AT&T iPhone drops calls at almost three times the rate of the Verizon iPhone. Come on Tim Cook. Consistent service is what we need, not “retina display”—a higher resolution screen. Enough with the gimmicks (though always impressive) and provide iPhone users with better quality phone service. Sometimes it’s necessary to go back to the basics.

Enough is enough. It’s time to tell Apple (and AT&T) we won’t put up with it! If you agree, please contact me ([email protected]). We want to know. We can help if enough people send us their experiences.

AT&T is in the process of upgrading their network. I would imagine future versions of the iPhone will not be as problematic with dropped calls.

It looks like this is a law firm solicitation. I did not notice the email address before. The same message was posted in another online wireless forum.
