Hi, I'm Amanda and I have a prepaid cell phone and I have not used it in a while and I just bought a $15 go phone card to try to put money on my phone and I followed the steps on how to do it. I pressed "*888* and the pin number" and it said "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY" not only that it also says "SIM NOT PROVISIONED MM #2" I really "do not understand" about what do to. I don't think I have an att account either. Help Please and thank you. This makes my really pissed off here.
