Looking for someone to take over my AT&T contact expiring Oct.2013

I am looking for someone to take over my at&t contact expiring on Oct. 2013.
I have 550min nation family plan with grandfathered UNLIMITED data plan. Currently have two lines on the plan and looking to transfer one out and keep the other one as individual plan.
When you take over, you can change the plan to any individual plan. The unlimited data plan can be also grandfathered to you.
There is no activation fee for take over, so it is a benefit vs getting a new contact.
The phone number can be also change when you take over.
