Premium SMS MT messages and many customers have been stung

Its on his bill, and available from his SP.

It's an incoming SMS...and not a Premium SMS either. How can it appear
on his bill? (you really don't have a clue about some things don't
you?)

Unfortunately the amount is billed by your mobile operator, not the spammer.
The mobile operator then pays the spammer. Many people have had
difficulties claiming back the amount.
