Anyone managed to get opera mini working on their 3 phone? I can't get
it to connect on my k608i.

Switched form 3services to 3netaccess?

I've set my profile to 'mobile internet'. The (default) settings for
this are: connect using 3netaccess, internet mode http, no proxy. (So,
yes, I think I have changed to 3netaccess).
When I startup opera mini it goes to the option to test your network
connection. I chose this option, a popup asks whether I should let this
application connect to the internet, I choose yes, then I get a 'you do
not have a working network connection'. I can, however, go straight to
internet sites outside of opera mini.

I've found the answer (on aussie3g.com). You have to set the data
provider for java separately (settings/connectivity/settings for
java/mobile internet).
