Ebay user 'djfrayne' (real name apparently Daniel Frayne) based apparently
in Brisbane is a fraudster. He lies about the condition, source and
availability of items he lists for sale, and rips people off by asking
very high amounts for 'Express Post' delivery (which means 1 business day
after payment is received) for items which are supposed to be originating
from his registered location of Brisbane.

$30 to 'Express-Post' a mobile phone from Brisbane to Sydney, then not
delivering any product for weeks with no explanation or offer of a refund?
Sounds like a scam. He will not provide tracking numbers either.

The PayPal account he gets you to pay into does not belong to him, but
    some guy called Chris.

    You have all been warned.

    Sally.

Another one to watch out for is Daniel Juhn in Sydney. Was selling black
listed phones, and changes e-bay id to suit himself. Fraudster.

    Wonder if any connection?

Maybe not to the OP, but I think I know who it is... talk about a
    'coincidence'

It would be very familiar, especially under other pseudonyms.
    How about a 'Daniel John'?

    Still does sometimes.

Sold me a scammy phone. Eastwood NSW detectives interviewed him and gave him
a warning. Didn't charge him as the phone was blacklisted in UK, too hard to
    get evidence.

Chances his e-bay id regularly (or at least he did when his daddy let him
    play with the computer.)

Nice Korean family; what a disgrace you must be to them, Daniel.

I posted about this at the time

    http://tinyurl.com/mor72

    and also

    http://tinyurl.com/rrjpg

which detailed his visit from Eastwood detectives.

The bastard should be getting it up the Cadbury Canal each night in Long Bay
Jail. Probably dirty he didn't get convicted! LOL

Express Post won't track an item for the addressee anyway. You have to be
the sender and you have call them (no web interface).

Indeed, and some may wonder why I've been on this guy's case so much...
I still have the envelope with the details.

There is for Express Post Platinum. (A web interface, that is.)
