Optus Capped Plans and Premium SMS

I am considering signing up for an Optus Capped plan however I cannot
get a straight answer from Optus regarding premium sms and I want to
know from someone who is already on the capped plan and has sent
premium sms if it's included in the cap or above it (the ones that cost
55 cents for voting lines).

I am only wanting to hear from people who recently joined on a plan
from Aug 06 on later on a $49, $59, $79 or $89 capped plan they pay
monthly. Are you paying above the cap or is it included.

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

Im on the $79 cap plan and
1900 services arnt covered my the cap I would pay the 55c ontop of my bill.
International calls arnt covered either.

Premium 19 sms numbers and calls to 1900 numbers are not included in
Optus caps.The new Optus $79 cap does include 50mins of international
calling (fair go policy only and not currently enforced) along with
124YES, 13, 18 and 1300 number are all included in the new
cap.International sms is also included.

If you are on the old $79 cap with the lower call rates, only standard
numbers and standard sms are included under that cap, but only has a
min spend of $25 per month. That cap is no longer available to new
subscribers.
