Uh huh. The one thing that's absolutely certain is that you can't be
absolutely certain about anything in life.

Re: Southern Cross Mobile CDMA -> GSM
Sorry, my reply was a bit short. What I was saying is that at least one
local reseller has nextG phones for sale (Rivercom, Wagga)

Re: Southern Cross Mobile CDMA -> GSM
Rivercom is a Telstra dealer, not a reseller.

Re: Southern Cross Mobile CDMA -> GSM
My understanding was that a 'reseller' in telco industry was one that on
sold network time & services under the banner and not one that sold services
that were available to any prosprective customer to that network so Rivercom
is an 'on selller' of Telstra rather than a reseller. SCM is a company that
does sell telstra time and services under its own banner so I would classify
it as a 'reseller' - unfortunately not for the Next G service. I stand to
be corrected here.

You may very well be. However, Rivercom don't buy squat from Telstra.
They're just an agent.

Nope.
A reseller is a seperate service provider, which do their own customer
service, billing, customer relations and service assurance.
Rivercom is a telstra dealer - they connect straight to Telstra retail.
