getting a 404 error.

That's the URL exactly as it appears on the bill. I didn't check it at
the time now that I do it gives me a 404 error too.

No different to what Telstra does for its really large ones, some of those
have a PPF Exemption.

Telstra have been doing this for ages now - it's perfectly legal
(apparently).
