It's not as if WM is slow, but it is well, a mini-me version of Windows. ie. it
crashes, its applications "have stopped responding", etc. just as much as the
big cahoona version does.
I owned a Palm Treo 750 for a while and now own a HP iPaq PDA. Both had about
the same level of stability. If I could get a PDA running PalmOS that does what
I want it to do then I would have stuck with tha OS.
PalmOS is faster, but Windows Mobile isn't slow. But then perhaps my definition
of "slow" is different to yours.

Funny. I've been using a dopod 838pro for about 18 months. First with WM5
and now with WM6 and have had no slowdowns, crashes or application lockups
either.
Hmmm. You also seem to have problems with IE and the Telstra website that no
one else seem to have.
Starting to see a pattern here?

Hehe. I start talking about incompetence and look who appears. The same fool
who reckoned IE7 had no 'stop' button.............

Well, when you can demonstrate your competance in anything, then maybe we can
take what you say at face value.
Or maybe you're talking about the incompetance of Microsoft's programmers who
clearly could do with a lesson from those who make PalmOS and other handheld
operating systems that seem to be far more stable and far faster than what
Windows Mobile is.

Absolutely nothing, other than providing a good example that you have an
obvious deficiency when it comes to operating computer based equipment.

Um, we're still waiting. Or did he announce it only to his closest friends?
Or did you mean June 26, but not the June 26 of THIS year?
