Hey all.
So I'm up here in the big cold north..
I'm going to be coming down to Australia within the next 10 months or so for a year.
It's this thing called SWAP where I'll be coming down there for one purpose! Work!
Yay!
I'm super excited to be coming down, but as I'm doing my research I noticed that I know NOTHING about your folks cell phones.
Up here I work for a cell phone provider called WINDmobile.
So it's important to me that I find a good provider, which would be close to the one up here.
We have no contracts, and are trying to bring cell phone plans down in cost.
Their best plan is $45 which is unlimited nationwide calling, unlimited text, and voicemail.
As I'll be coming down from Canada I'll be wanting to be able to call up to Canada for a reasonable price.
If someone could please help me out, or send me in the right direction I would be very very greatfull!
Oh! And I'll most likely be in the Melbourne area.
One last thing!
I currently have the BlackBerry Bold 9700 and it works on the following frequencies..
HSPA: AWS (1700,2100), 2100 MHz
GSM: 1900/1800/900/850 MHz
Is should work down there.. right?
