Does anyone know if there are any phones through Bell, that are compatible with BitPim? I have a Sanyo 8100 and Bell has disabled it from transferring any pictures from my Apple computer to my phone.

I have successfully transfered pictures from the following Bell Mobility phones:
Audiovox 8910, Audiovox 8930, Samsung A670, Samsung A680 - the LG 325 should be as easy as Telus 535 was. Samsung A600 was only able to use as a modem. I have heard of someone transfering pics from the 8100, however, I do not have any data cables in stock to test on the Sanyo.
The new LG camera phone which will launch shortly in Bell stores should be the same as uploading/downloading was with the LG 6190. And the new Motorola E815 on Bell will be easy too.

I had tried the Bitpim application again for my Sanyo 8100 and low and behold I was able to download the pics from my phone. I had downloaded the 7.37 for Tiger. In the attempt to do this the computer crashed a few times when I clicked on the button to detect the phone . I learned not to do that.

Nice.. do you have a tutorial on the 8100? We do not have any cables in stock for the sanyos as of yet which is why I havent tested it.
There are LG 6200 tutorials in the tutorials section at ThePhoneMall now on downloading pics

    Easier than Bitpim

I have had trouble trying to use BitPim for the Sanyo 8100 so I took the easy road and found " FreeRingers.net ". You pay a one time fee of $7.99. You are able to download Midi Tones for the phone from their site and others. You can download your own pictures off of your desktop to your phone. You are allowed up to four phone numbers to download to. I just love it.
