How would you rate it on a scale of 1-5? 5 being the high end of the scale.
What would you say you like the best about their service and what do you dislike about their service?

Depends what we're talking about. If we're talking network, then 4.5 / 5. If we're talking handsets, depending what your personal preference is, I give it 4 / 5. If you're talking about customer service and reps who know what they're doing when you call in, unfortunately, it's barely a 3 / 5, but is getting better since I begun selling Mobility products.
What I like is the robust network and the accuracy of the billing engine. Every billing engine for cellular will make mistakes, but Bell's isn't bad at all. What I dislike are reps that don't know what they are doing (this applies to all companies as well, but a few years ago it hit a low with Bell).
