bell mobility downloads

Is there a package out there that charges you so much for a certain amount of downloads through bell mobility?
for example, you can send 100 texts for 5 dollars? etc.
if do, how do i get to it on the website?

Personally, I find bells website usless, but there should be a link off their main website.
