Has anyone ever had problems trying to change rate plans? I've attempted to change my rate plan 3 times in the past 8 months and signed a paper each time confirming the switch in rate plans. However, even after 3 attempts it has never changed from the original one that I had since I got my phone over a year and a half ago. It has come to a point where I don't know how on earth to get my rate plan changed, I've tried the local stores as well as calling the Bell phone number with no success.
How safe is changing the rate plan online on the bell website? My bill this month was $500 because I thought I had a new plan but once again apparently it didn't go through!

Wow...thats one heck of a bill. Over use of the internet or texting?
I've never had a problem changing my plan nor adding or taking away features.
I would call Bell and go about making any changes that way.
