Hi
I have an iPhone 3GS with Bell and currently live in Toronto. If I travel to the United States (Baltimore) and someone there calls my phone, are they calling long distance and charged for that?
Thanks.

Re: Long distance?
I personally would still err on the side of caution, that if I needed to dial a 1 I would be billed long distance.
According to Bell
Making a call:
The rules for placing a call using a mobile phone are just like using a landline phone located where you are standing:
If the number you are calling would be a local call for a landline phone, it is NOT billed Long
distance charges.
If it is NOT a local call (for a landline phone) then Long distance charges DO apply.
Receiving a call:
If they dial a Long distance number to reach you, then they are charged Long distances charges
Remember your usage is still billed though.
