I recently bought a used bell LG Voyager to replace my previous phone with, but while trying to activate it I recueved an error message saying thatthe serial number I had entered did not match with a phone from bell, after several more attempts, and still getting the same error I decided to inquire on here. I've used bells self serve activation many times before so I'm possitive that I am following the steps correctly. And I know thatthe phone can be acctivated through bell because when the phone is powered on the start up screen is bell.
What could be causing this error and what can be done to fix it?

Yes, the woman I bought it from had it activated under bell. The website said it can take up to 3 days for a phone to be fully deactivated so I guess thats possibly what the problem is too...
