Eurpopean travel

I will be spending a month in Paris this summer and wonder how I can use my Bell iPhone while there? I do not understand the jargon of the data packages (I find the whole Bell site pretty confusing). Can anyone advise? I am more interested in internet connection than telephone services. If I find free wi-fi, does that MEAN free? No cost to me at all? I just do not undrestand how it all works.

There are data plan offered by different networks but the best option for your iphone is for you to get iSip from InTouch SmartCards. So incase there are no wifi you can use 3g. At&t has prepaid data plan too for iPhones.
