2.3 Gingerbread for Bell HTC Incredible S

Does someone know when bell is going to release the 2.3 OTA updated cause I bought the Bell HTC Incredibles S at Best buy unlocked it on Rogers.

Im waiting for the update but since im not on Bell network I wont receive the OTA update. So Ill need to manually update it via usb.

Yeah I saw that on the web but it seems that since its an update that Bell has to push, its not out yet i guess cause it say phone has latest update even when I plus a sim card from bell in it.
