    When my Iphone started having issues ( I COULD ONLY TALK TO PEOPLE ON SPEAKER PHONE OR ON MY BUILT IN VEHICLE BLUE TOOTH) I brought it into the Bell Store. After Bell they did a soft reset my phone worked for about half a day, then went back to not working. So I decided I would call Apple directly.

    They had awesome costomer service, they got me an appointment right away at my closet location. When they opened my phone they said that the phone has been opened previously and there was a sticker that indicated that it was refurbished, as well as a couple other indicators like th LCI was dented, which was impossible unless the phone had been tampered.

    I went back to Bell and they wouldnt do anything, they showed my how the phone shipped into the store the day before I purchsased it. As a consumer who purchased a "NEW PHONE" but wasnt given that what am I able to do?? BELL DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME. Bell said they get phones directly from APPLE, but guess what I found out, NO THEY DONT!! they get them from Third Party distrubuters. SO SOMEONE is SCAMMING the consumer!!

    I am not saying it is BELL, but they certainly didnt help the consumer of there product when some how the new phone the purchased ended up being a Refurbished phone!! BULLSH** if you ask me WORST COSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!


    I talked to APPLE even though they didnt give this phone to Bell Directly and it comes froma 3rd party consumer, they are actually replacing my ohone fo em free of charge!! NOW THATS COSTOMER SERVICE, this situation had nothing to do with them!!

    SO BELL, YOU CAN SUCK IT!! when my contract and all of the other 12 people's contracts in my clase family are up. they will go somewhere else!! and i have posted this on facebook too!! maybe you should learn some customer service skills!!


    As for everyone else, maybe you should get "New Phones" randomly checked because if you ask me there is a scam. I am positrive it is not every phone but it is definetly some!!


    when a 1.5 goes by and phone starts crapping out what do you do UPGRADE!! never nowing your phone was a refurb and some a$$hole is making money on something you paid for "NEW"

    Bell is terrible they did this to me to.

    On another device I had insurance in casE I broke it which I did. They said it would take 5 days to send me new one. It took 3 weeks. During that scheduled bill period bell also said I went over my data even though I had no phone for 3 weeks and have never went over it before. When I called and asked about they basically told me it is what it is. Don't ever buy anything from Bell. I'm never giving them a dime again.

    A similar thing happened to my brother who uses Rogers, except hr got his replacement in 3 days, was given a loaner phone during the 3 day period, and Rogers waived his bill for the whole month!!!!


    Oh yea I had to pay 150 for my replacement even though I have insurance, and the camera doesn't work plus charge cord they sent is broke....


    BELL MOBILITY IS HELL
