Bell faud

In 2008 I was young and apparently not to bright. I went into a Bell store to get my first cell. They ask for birth date, S.I.N number and house phone number. Well the house phone number is in my dad's name. He started getting my phone bills. They create a person with my dad's name and my D.O.B and S.I.N. Well I could not fix it because it was not my name and my dad could not fix it because not he's info.
After two months and 6 hours on the phone (Bell store workers are useless) maybe got it straight. Four months later collection agency is after my dad for my phone bills I have already payed. (but the new guy Bell created never paid his bills) Four hours on phone with Bell (that's eight different people),got a letter from Bell, it is taken care of and with Eualifax. Well looks like Bell forgot to tell it's billing department, received letters for two other collection acency over next year. GOT IT ALL STRAIGHT (with letters of apology)
Last week went to buy a new car (first loan) Car dealer said sorry you have FRAUD showning on your credit report, there are two people with your S.I.N.
Worst part, I spent 3 years in college for police services and have applied for a job a number of time with no interviews. (do you think Police run credit checks before interviews?????)
Anyone know a good lawyer?

That's unfortunate. It usually takes a couple years for stuff like that to be taken off of your credit report.
