2 Samsung S4s i337ms purchased June 2013 and April 2014, June 2014 no signal issue began. Both phones repaired total of 4 times, 3 times by Bell and 1 by Samsung, Within hours of receiving the phones back,the identical issues returned. Today, 18 August 2014 the identical issue is still there. Before making or receiving a call the phones networking must be reset by shutting down/restarting and the the signal slowly degrades to no signal and the network mode showes all networks de- selected. Bell mobility refuses to correct this issue.
