VoLTE for $60 10gb plan?

HI all, can somebody who got the $60 10gb plan from Bell please confirms that if you can get VoLTE to work? I signed up for the plan last week and I can't get it to work since IMS is not registered, but if I insert Rogers sim card (with Rogers' $60 10gb plan) into my phone, I can get VoLTE to work since IMS is registered.

By the way, my phone is purchase from Google store, not from any carrier.
