I renewed my one year subscription to Bell ($100) which supposed to give me basic coverage required for emergency only phone (10 min /month free, $5 deduction). After 3 months of hardly using the phone my charges were $25. I was unable to find any billing records on line. After talking to the bell assistant found various charges for incoming messages, phones which were never answered . After a lot of complaining I got $5 refund , but still no promise of any transparency on charges. I should be able to view my charges and not accept charges for crank calls and other unacceptable charges. Does Bell have a issue with providing proper billing for prepaid phone?
