I am eligible for a phone upgrade with T-Mobile and I went on the website and logged in and clicked the upgrade my phone link. The phone I want is the BB Curve and what is the only phone not on the list? Yes, the Curve. I have gone to the store and they have it in stock but it is far cheaper online. Does anyone know why the Curve is not on the upgrade list? Oh, it is on the front page of T-mobile.com so I know they still carry it. Thanks.

Yeah, I want it so bad but I'm gonna wait till the weekend to call.
I sent an Email to TMO on Sunday asking why it wasn't on the list and I got no reply, it says they will answer all questions within 48 hours, so I sent another one tonight.

    Re: Blackberry Curve T-Mo upgrade

Here is the response I got to my Email, I'm so bummed.

    Dear Frank,

Thank you for contacting the Online Customer Care Department at
T-Mobile; my name is Kris. I would like to apologize for the slight
delay in responding to your email; and thank you for your patience. You
mentioned that you are interested in upgrading your current handset to
the BlackBerry Curve; and were disappointed to find it no long available
through our Handset Upgrade Program. I can appreciate that you would be
interested in using the handset that best suits your needs; and I would
be happy to offer any assistance I can today.

After review, I was able to determine that the BlackBerry Curve
(Titanium) has been only temporarily removed from our Handset Upgrade
Program due to limited available of the device. However, you might be
happy to hear that we do expect to reinstate this device to the list of
available models around July 29th, 2008. Unfortunately, the BlackBerry
Curve (Gold) has been permanently removed from this program, and we do
not expect to have these available in the future. I apologize for any
    inconvenience.

Should you decide to place an order through our Handset Upgrade Program
once the BlackBerry Curve (Titanium) has been reinstated; this can be
done directly through your online account, by following the Upgrade
Phone link on the main page. Please also feel free to call in to
Customer Care at the number provided below, where one of our friendly
Customer Care agents would be more than happy to assist you with this
order. You can also visit any T-Mobile retail location; however pleas
remember we are unable to guarantee availability in every store.

If you are unsure where the nearest T-Mobile retail location is, please
visit our website at Tmobile.com and click on the Store Locator
link in the upper right hand corner of the page. This link will even
provide you with driving directions. With T-Mobile, it’s just that easy!

If you have any further questions or concerns, please reply to this
email, call Customer Care at 1-800-937-8997 or dial 6-1-1 from your
handset and press SEND. Our Customer Care representatives are available
from 3:00 AM until 10:00 PM (Pacific Time), 7 days a week, to provide
world class service for all your T-Mobile needs. For your reference your
    case number is 1887090.

Frank, I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for
being a faithful T-Mobile customer since October 2005. We greatly
appreciate your business, and look forward to helping you to stay
connected with the people who matter the most to you, for many years to
    come.

    With warm regards,

    Kris S 7284504

At least you only have to wait 3 days...
I'm bummed because the Gold one was $50 cheaper than the Titanium one.
