BlackBerry Curve 8320 Titanium: Edit cellphone music menu?

I know very little about my 8320, but have been downloading music onto its memory card. The phone organizes my music differently than I do on the computer downloading it to the phone. How do I access the phone menu to organize, edit or delete? Thanks in advance. poorbob

Put each album in its own sub-folder within the Music folder.
