High Volume level bluetooth headset

I have a voice disability that has lowered the volume of my vocal output, so a headset with high gain microphone capability is important to me. Being over 50 also means listening volume is important (too many years of rock and roll).

I have been using a over the ear headset with my non-Blue Tooth Samsung that looks like the image attached; its extended microphone, as well as other qualities, seems to help with outgoing volume and clarity.

Can anyone recommend a Bluetooth headset for my Samsung 900 (shipped and on its way to me), one that will deliver good voice volume-- microphone volume is particularly important since my voice's volume is low. Pointing me away from a particularly low-volume headset would also be helpful so I can avoid problems.
