I apologize in advance if this is the wrong forum for this question.

Can anyone recommend a GSM cellphone with Bluetooth that I can attach to the power adapter in my glove compartment and forget about? Something that will work reliably so long as power is coming in from the adapter, regardless of the state of the battery? Something I never have to worry about over-charging or under-charging the battery, opening the case, changing the battery out, etc.? Something that just simply works? It doesn't have to have a camera or a color display or a display or even any buttons at all. I just want something that will work in my car when my car is on, that I can unlock and use with my prepay cell plan.
