Is it possible to send ringtones and pictures to other cell phones using bluetooth? I can send Contacts, but I don't know about sending ringtones and pics. How would I do this?

I think Sprint might have done the same thing that Verizon did and crippled the Bluetooth features on their phones. They disabled the OBEX file transfer, so phone to phone Bluetooth connections are not possible.

I am able to connect and transfer files (pics/music) to my dad's laptop with bluetooth and OBEX File Transfer, but why not cell phones?
