Re: Bluetooth Car Kit
I have purchased a 2009 Honda CRV with navigation in Houston, TX. The dealer has a contract with a company called BlueFish Technologies aka BFTSync.com and these guys were very helpful. The navigation system in my car does not come with bluetooth. That is strange. I had to pay extra for that through the company above (BFTSync.com)
The salesperson told me that the 2009 Honda CRV comes with bluetooth. I had to talk to the manager to get them to throw in the bluetooth for their cost. Cool thing about the product, it is fully integrated with my navigation car stereo. I am able to speak and listen through the speakers of my existing car radio. The moment I get into my new car, the phonebook from my iphone is downloaded to this product called the "Premium" package. I am able to stream music from my iphone to the car speakers. Now, that is cool and guess what it is digital. Another thing to add about the product is that you are able to send text message and listen to the text message through the car speakers. Go figure that out. I am going to get this in all my cars. Hope this information helps the bluetooth community that is looking for a good and reliable product. Check these guys out they are the best.

Re: Bluetooth Car Kit
Jump forward a year, and same questions. Wife just purchased an iPhone 4 (lucky gal), doesn't like ear-mounted Bluetooth, and car doesn't have built-in Blkuetooth. The Blue Ant S1 and Motorola (don't know which model) have been recommended to us by other sources. Based on this thread, guess I'll look into VR unit also. Looking for a visor device, no wiring, including either a car or AC charger. Don't need extras, just hands free answering, talking, listening, and hanging-up. Reaching forward to visor for the answering and hanging-up undoubtedly would be OK, just don't know where tech is on that. Would be a huge help to hear latest experience and thoughts on these devices. Many thanks in advance.

Re: Bluetooth Car Kit
I have an older t305 car vizor unit and I changed my cell phone. What is the generic pairing code? I tried 0000 and 000000 but no luck. Any ideas?

Re: Bluetooth Car Kit
Just ordered a Motorola Roadster. This baby automatically turns on when you enter the car and cuts off when you leave. FM to stereo if you wish. Voice control answering. Completely hands free. Under $55 at Amazon.

Re: Bluetooth Car Kit
Love this little Bluetooth Speaker. Waited until I used it for awhile to review. FM works great as everything else. It's a nice looking unit and looks OK on the visor. Battery stays charged a long time ( a week now) because of the auto on and off.
Easy to set up with voice instructions.
Highly recommended. Motorola has hit a home run......Last edited by camstuf; 07-20-2011 at 03:22 PM. Reason: inserted image
