possible to hear a room conversation with bluetooth?

Is there some kind of a speaker set up that will send peoples voices through bluetooth? what I mean is if people speaking are not speaking through a bluetooth device is there some king of setup that will channel their voices through a bluetooth to the earphones?

if your phone has bluetooth enabled, you can synch your computer to receive the signal as speaker. but you have to have that device paired.
