RingDJ for Boost Mobile

i keep hearing about all this stuff you have to do to get ring tones on a boost.

i really dont want to pay for ringtones, i'd rather make my own from songs i have, however RingDJ is cool.

you blend the tracks they provide up to 6 tracks, melodies, beats, voice, EFX....
i like it. thats about the only ringtone i'll pay for.

1. people sticky threads because they feel that what they posted can benefit and/or help ALL of the members here.

2. you can sticky your own threads, but we have the ability to remove the sticky.

if this post doesnt reach the capability that stickied threads do, the sticky will be removed.

1 - benefit of RingDJ - boost mobile users have the opportunity to create their own ringtones. they can have an original ringtone without doing all this stuff that i dont think u r supposed to talk about in this forum. its legal. its cool. and its through the boost mobile site, and many dont know about it. i was sharing information.

but seriuosly, is there like a formula for measuring a threads capabilty?
all these threads get way more views than replys.
boost users are in small numbers here, how do u figure it out?

Ok, my mistake about putting ALL users. I should have said ALL THOSE WITH BOOST MOBILE.

I measure the threads usefuleness when I see that the thread is getting viewed and postitive feedback is left.
I know that the boost mobile users are small in amount here, but if the thread starts to die out after a while, the sticky will be removed. just a little fyi.

Good job on the title edit, tooldef. That will help the thread get noticed by more Boost users.

I will bring your request to the attention of the other moderators, but I'll say now I don't see it happening. Boost is essentially a prepaid Nextel phone, and if we started a Boost forum we'd likely be inundated with requests from other prepaid users who want their own prepaid forums. I can see that becoming a very messy situation, since prepaid service providers probably number in the hundreds! Also, some prepaid services are under the original provider name, like T-Mobile and Cingular, and Boost just happens to have a different name from Nextel.

I'm not sure what 'review' you're talking about, is that a thread you posted? Is it something you private messaged to a moderator? Please elaborate for us so we all know what you mean by your review. Thanks

Eh, it's possible. Even though boost is prepaid, it's still a service. All threads could be copied to a new forum.
