New To Boost Mobile - Just Bought i335

Just a little introduction...

I live on Hononlulu, Hawaii. I am currently a mobi pcs customer, a local Hawaiians PCS provider offering $50 a month unlimited plans.
However, they did NOT have email gateways like boost does (@myboostmobile.com) and their web enabled phones are WAY OVER PRICED.

So when boost announced thier $50 unlimited plan on 1/22, I bought a i335 phone. I have already downloaded webjal, and have installed a TON of wav ringtones and another TON of wallpapers...

Their was a $80 rebate on the phone I bought from mobi, and the phone must be ACTIVE when you process the rebate, so as soon as I get my REBATE, I will be cancelling MOBI and switching to boost.

I understand boost is marketed towards a "different group" of users, but Im a 40 year old army verteran, and avid xbox 360 fan, that does NOT want a contract, and wants all teh FEATURES that the new plans offer.

I look forward to visiting this group OFTEN.

If you would like, tell me why you like BOOST the best? I like it because I can buy a boost $50 card, and dont have to have a checking/credit card on file (I have both!).

Ps- we live on a ARMY BASE and the maintance crew all use NEXTEL phones, so I know the coverage in my area will be GREAT. In fact theirs a TOWER at the end of my street, and the signal bars are MAXED OUT!

You don't need to be a kid to use Boost anymore! In fact, in their press release the CEO said that he is going to merge into older markets (like you and me). The new tv spots out here in Calif are pretty funny too.

Just as i said before.. Boost fan 69 is a spammer for boost.. i read his post in another forum..


There is only a few posts here that are actual consumer reviews.. everything is pro-boost..

You know, if you would have left out all the foul language, the mod probably wouldn't have deleted your post.

Personally, I think I might have done a bit more than just do a delete.

I do not tolerate bashing of other members...especially over the type of phone they have or use.

If this person likes his/her phones, and says so in a way that is non-offending to others, then they have the right to do so.

If you would like to disagree, then do so in the same fashion i.e., non-offensive with no curse words and/or vulgar remarks.

Dude, my opinion is my opinion! Atleast I'm a real user not some freakin spammer... that's cool that you took his/her side... but it upsets me that people post up bogus reviews! it's reviews like that.. that made me get boost in the first place! What a waste of $$$$$$

if i saw that this dude posted up the exact same wording in another forum... i'm gonna call him out on it.. period.. I only replied in that way because of his response!

This thread's went a bit off topic, but us mods can still see the EXACT wording you placed, even when it's deleted. He knows what I deleted and why.
