Cant send picture texts

Why cant my friends with the att network get my picture texts? Their phone gets it, but then cant open it up, but they can send me picture texts. Is this a format problem? Can I change it if it is? Thank you.

or You or the receiver phone is not MMS,
then you must send pic as email attachment.

Can I even send email with the i776? I don't think that's possible, but I could be wrong. If so, then how would you go about doing that, since they don't exactly give you a book with usefull information about your phone.

Is there a way to change the format of pic messages on this phone? I can recieve theirs, but they can't recieve mine due to the format in which it sends it in. Thank you.

Yeah I have had friends with the same problem, I can receive them but they can't get mine.
