I have had way too many dropped calls lately. It is becoming very frustrating. Sometimes I have to call back 4 or 5 times in a 5 minute conversation. This has been taking place for over a month. Am I alone? Thinking of switching service because the price is just not worth the frustration.

Re: Dropped call
First you should check the network area of your service provider before switching to anyone.

Re: Dropped call
We find that the dropped calls rates distribution is very close to log normal. We derive an equation for the most probable dropped calls rate for particular carrier in this situation. For more queries check out clavistechnologies.com

These are calls that are dropped very quickly after the Answer signal is received from the carrier, but before the call is processed by the routing AGI script. Previously these would sometimes be left as NEWor the previous status or DROP. This standardizes the result.
