I joined boost mobile ACP program but I have not received anything

I just joined boost mobile ACP program I have received 2 emails that my account was approved & another email telling me that I should receive another email about the shipping of my new SIM card kit , in which I have not received any email stating they are shipping me a SIM card for my phone so I can get my acp benefits .

It’s been almost a full week & still no email about my sim kit shipped or shipping tracking or nothing , i keep checking my email & nothing so I’m waiting & hoping

I’m posting this just to ask has anyone else have had this issues ?

Did you ever receive the other email with your shipping information ?

Did you ever receive your SIM card kit ?

How long did it take for you to receive the email shipping information & your SIM card kit ?
