My experience with Asurion

Stardate 9/10/11, Friday evening, I lost my HTC EVO 4G :(

I have Total Equipment Protection for $8 month and My HTC EVO is $100 deductible.
I did online chat with Sprint, and was given the number to call Asurion the insurance provider.
From there I was given their online claim website: http://www.phoneclaim.com/
Filed claim for my lost phone, $100 deductible and $20 next day delivery was charged to my Sprint bill.
Total time filing online claim was less than 10 minutes.
Received two emails confirming the transaction and tracking info.
Received the replacement phone via FedEx next day before noon. (Saturday)
Boxing and contentets appear brand new and exact replacement.
Activation took about 10 minutes, had to contact Sprint via online chat.

I am EVO happy again :)
