I live in a small town so at like 2:00 in the morning every street is empty. Just find a wide street and don't be dumb and race 4 cars at once. No one would die unless they were drunk or something.

The thing you have to keep in mind is that most of the people street racing are punk ass teenagers that don't know how to drive.
