jensen head unit
2 pioneer premier 5 1/2's
2 pioneer 4x6's
2 8" rockford subs
2 Verge amps, one for speakers, one for subs
and it rocks. You have to realize this is in a Pontiac Fiero.

Put into my father-in-law's '38 Dodge Pickup:
2 MB Quartz (woofers)
2 MB Quartz (tweeters)
2 JL 6" subs
Alpine V12 amp
Pioneer Premier Head Unit
Pioneer Premier CD Changer
Alpine DSP Unit
As for me:
Standard Monsoon for Volkwagen Jetta
Standard audio for Subaru
Standard Harmon Kardon for Maserati
If I want to make the car next to me vibrate, I don't turn up my radio, I just hit the accelerator on the Maserati (now that is music to my ears).

Woohoo Something I love to talk about, Car audio. Cool thread, anyhow.
I have
Pioneer Flip down cd player.
with all 6 factory door and dash speakers (they sound good never replaced them)
4 Visonic 12" Subwoofers in a custom build (by me box)
Driven by a BOSS 2112 Amp
Yes It pounds. It will hurt your chest if you crank it all the way up. but I have mine tuned where any kind of music sounds great on it, If you listened to the clarity of the radio you wouldn't know I had 4 12's cause most with big speakers have the bass crunk so far up that you cant even hear the words to the song because of bass but mines not like that. It sounds very nice. Everyone I know who hears it loves it.
Oh yea this is in a 96 S-10 Blazer 4 door.

Had the Shaker 1000 in my new Mustang. Pretty good for stock, but I have to rip it out and put a custom job in it.

Re: Your Cars System - does it pound?
The built-in speakers of my car just went out on me today...what a ripoff.
Now I'm thinking about getting some big ones to get it pumpin'!
