Wrx Or Evo

Simple, me and my mate dont agree on what is better, Subaru, or Mitsu. I say Mitsu of course, i mean, WRX is a ugly ugle car. Anythought or opinions, post here.

'05 sti over '05 evo viii don't like the new face for the evo... prior to that evo looks better... performance wise I think they are close but would really take either one...

The 2006 or 07 WRX STi : just looks horrible imo but the previous years were awsome thinking or trading in my 2000 Integra GSR for one, but the Evo i've always loved them. both cars have great performance imo instead of the WRX im just going to wait for the new Evo 9 MR

I personally like Evo's compared to the WRX. Ugly cars those WRX.

Hey guys, interesting note. There are many of those out there that think GM owns subaru, that's not so. Just got this info yesterday, "actually, you heard some MISinfo...GM does NOT own Subaru at all!! about 5
years ago GM bought 20% of FHI, which is subaru's parent company. they have
absolutely NO CONTROLLING interest in the outcome of products from either
FHI or Subaru. coincidentally, what came out of the investment agreement was
the following:

GMC Denali, Cadillac Escalade, various other trucks and SUVs from GM went to
All Wheel Drive
Subaru got OnStar, of which we no longer use
Subaru now BUILDS the Saabaru 9-2x, and the upcoming 2007 9-6x which will
replace the current Trailblazer-based 9-7 SUV.
in India, where subaru doesn't have a distributorship, the Forester is
marketed and sold as a GM". Just thought I'd drop the info. Subs all the way. Oh yeah, why is it that people always compare the WRX to the Evo? Shouldn't it be the STi vs. Evo? Or would that be too unfair? Ha, l8r

the 06 subs are ugly but the sti is defiantely better than the evo

I'd take a STi over an EVO anyday. My reasoning is sure the Subaru's are delicate and what have you but the Evo it's still a tweaked out 4g63 and it's still a dsm and it's still going to break in my opinion. I don't trust those engines too well..even on the 94-99 Eclipe's they break or crank walk and what have you..and once you start modifying those turbo's they don't hold..But that's just IMO..

I'd have to say that if any upgrading to the motor is going to be done... EVO.. because i'd be cheaper to fix... compared to a the WRXs' Boxer motor.. and i think the EVO looks better, but you would have the problems like the crank.. DSMs are bad on Tranny problems too..

the 06 sti gets 0-60 in just 4.8 secs compared to the evo 4 sluggish 5.1

mitsubishi on the other hand wasted their time and created the fq-400 not so long ago... itsa 405 hp evo. rediculous

Evo, less money to Mod and it can be a 10sec car.

SRT4....cheaper and will roll on both evo or sti with the proper mods that you saved on buying the car..only downfall is fwd vs awd..but i roll on evo's and sti's all the time now
