11sec isn't bad for an Integra on street tires...15psi sounds a bit much on pump gas...I'd say probably 8-10 at most...at least it's like that here in Cali with our lowly 92 Octane gas...
On a lighter note, how reliable is your 15psi Integra? Can you floor it all the way? All the way meaning, for longer than 15secs? I know a lot of turbo's are made for max power but you can't keep it at WOT for much longer than about 15secs or it melts the heads...or something melts or cracks...
now i got a civic with noz i need rims thought, and guess what i went to the parking lot and SOMEONE hit the left front side of my freakin car, the light is about to come off, i'm going to fix it up today, but that just piss me off, if i ever find out who did this i'm giving him two options
1) he has to pay me 5 grand
2) i get to hit him 5 times in the leg with my 308 rifle or 10 time with my glock 21 with the lazer (45. cal)
i'm pissed off man DAM !%$#!@#$%^$

Whoah I gotta tell y'all bout my hot ride way up here near vancouver B.C. Now I haven't gone street racing yet, but am i itchin to try. i got a 1990 Ford F350 1 ton 4X4, crew cab, long box with 18" rims (inflated to Maximum pressure!) 5.8 L fuel injected 351 engine, White with flourescent pink racing stripes down the sides. She chews up about 3 litres of our overpriced Canadian 87 octane petrol starting up but does better idling at a sweeeeet 3500 rpm (only bout a litre/ min). People always ask me how she runs...I say great! she just ran me into the ditch last week, now i have a great looking paint job on ther passenger side.white with dirt brown and shrubbery hanging off the bumpers and where the head light was. Ending up scalding myself after spilling my coffee all over me pulling it out of the ditch with one hand. But hey after that gets cleaned up i think i might head on down to Van and burn up the streets there!! NOT!!

their pocket are deep just take it from there ...
you got engine tuning that starts :
oil cooler
intake manifolds
headers
turbo chargers
air filters
combined retailed if your friend is the deala , 5000 $$ , that's not installed nore sucking his d*** ...
so if they say they spent less then 5000 $$ and they run on high 11.5 sec quarter mile , this is when you go :
... YA AND I'M TONY MONTANA ...
i'm tuning my babe soon to be posted wth pics , costs a lot of money i mean a lot , but when you want someting , not even god can stop you ...-- Peace I Holla --
