    X5 has style and performance (if you get 4.8is) (fun to drive "ultimate driving machine)
    ML55AMG is more luxury, more comfortability (and more ugly). Definitely not as fun to drive.

    x5 just b/c bmw is so much better...haha x5 is faster also.
