Here is a review of the LG VX 7000.

The phone is the first LG phone to have a video camera. It was released in July 2004. The phone is very easy to use, and is great for beginners. Compared to the previous version(LG VX 6000), it's camera is greatly improved and ringtones can now be recorded. This removes the need to send a picture message with a ringtone to yourself (which caused a glitch in the sound of the VX 6000). Now, for some pros and cons:

    Pros:

    *Easy to use
    *Good audio quality
    *Good camera
    *Flash for camera
    *Menu interface improved
*Supports ringtone, game, and other downloads

    Cons:
    *Somewhat large size
    *Easily overheats
    *Few default ringtones
    *Memory can't be expanded

Overall, it's a very good phone, and is worth the price. I give the phone a 9 out of 10.

There are now 2 (two) versions of this phone out. A black one (the latest) and the original blue one.

To tell the difference (in case the faceplate's have been mod'd/changed) the blue version has a stub charger port to the left of the data port for an additional charging option. The black version got rid of this, so you have to charge the phone through the data cable port. Also, the black version is shipped with the new v08 firmware.

The new firmware update fixes a few minor tech problems the phone was having, but the biggest fix was the 3/4 or so second delay the blue/original phone had when answering a call. Check the phone, if you have one of the older ones, take it to any Verizon Store with a Tech Department and they will flash update the phone to the new v08 firmware.
You are CRUNCHY, and taste good with Ketchup!!
