    Re: Motorola KRZR Review

I have a KRZR and it's great! My only complaint is that I can't find anyone with my bluetooth... they have to find me. Once they're in my device history I can initiate the connection though. I probably just ended up with a faulty phone. Everything else on the phone is great though!

    Just as a note....

Here are some of the issues we've seen with the K1M KRZRs

*Front beauty trim around the glass falls off
    *Front Glass Cracks easly
    *Standard Motorola S/W Issues
    *Ringtone assignments resetting
    *Ringtones not playing

Not saying that this is a bad phone because of it, Just wanted to air the dirty laundry.

    Re: Motorola KRZR Review

Its great until after a year (convienently right when the warranty is up) and it only holds a charge for three calls and an alarm setting. I never had problems with the size, but i have small hands, my bluetooth never found anyone elses phone if it wasnt a motorola. The ringers werent loud enough and the little circle in the middle of the directional pad was loose after a few months. I will never buy another motorola again. i think the phones could be great but they skimp out with the battery, as i know a few other people with different models but the same battery problems. I would NOT recommend buying this phone if you are purchasing it on more than a one year contract.

    Re: Motorola KRZR Review

I had the KRZR for 2 years. Couldn't wait to get rid of it. It worked well for about 3 months. In the 2 years I had to get 4 batteries. The phone was then replaced after 1 1/2 years with another KRZR. Not only did it eat batteries, it lost my phone book labels like "Friends" and I also had to put the area code in front of all numbers even when it was my own area code after a software upgrade. Also towards the end of my run with the Krzr, it would hardly recognize my Motorola bluetooth headset. When I got my env2, it worked perfectly with it. The second KRZR did the same things. I wouldn't wish this phone on anybody. My daughter had a lot better luck with the RAZR V3.
When I went to get my upgrade in phones, I went with the LG env2 and it has been great. They told me at Verizon that the KRZR was a piece of junk and they have had many problems. The battery life in my env2 is a lot longer than the RAZR. The env2 is 100 times the phone a KRZR is.

I've had my Krzr for almost a yr and a half now. It's fantastic. The only thing that's happend is the trim on the front kept falling off until i bought a new trim, ol.. The back also comes off easily which can be good AND bad.
